This is the reproduction of the original illustration of an American Pelican, produced as part of a collection of colour-plates titled The Birds of America, by John James Audubon 1785 - 1851. This piece has been perfectly preserved with over 100 years of wear-and-tear captured to add to its character. The artwork has been printed onto airtex canvas, with its brilliant colours and accurate detail carefully restored.
